Neuroviq (Pty) Ltd ("Neuroviq," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, business name, email address, and whatever you tell us about the problem you're trying to solve.
- WhatsApp: if you message us via WhatsApp, we can see your name (as set in WhatsApp) and phone number, and the content of the conversation.
- Email: if you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you send.
We don't collect payment information, ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your business problem, and follow up about a potential engagement. We don't use this information for anything beyond that purpose.
How it's stored
Contact form submissions are processed through our hosting provider (Netlify) and may be forwarded to our business email. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of business enquiries, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. This needs your consent, which you can give or decline in the banner shown on your first visit. Declining means no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
